Third, you can go for a walk in your neighborhood with your new baby. Your neighbors and friends are probably all dying to see your new baby, so instead of having them come to visit you, why not get some exercise and put your child in a stroller and walk all over the neighborhood to show him or her off. Tale your new baby out for a walk to meet the neighbors. Going for a walk is a fast exercise for weight loss, it also help you deal with the stress of being a mother if you do this everyday.
