   My dad used to tell me a old saying that kind of relates to this video, you need to endure the pain to enjoy the reward. This can relate to your weight loss, if you do the hard work like eat healthy, do excersize and do all those hard things, your life in the future will be better, you will be able to do more things than you could before, 2 years of enduring the pain of weight loss, and another 50 years of enjoying your life.

   Boogie – here’s how you should do it when plugging freebies. Make sure they send you 2 copies of each item they want to promote – you keep one for your collection, and then give the other to a user like you did with SW. This keeps the company happy, you happy, and your fans happy. Just a suggestion.

    @Zetaneko Don’t even need to eat healthy. Just eat less. Don’t drink soda and walk for at least five miles a week. You’ll drop 100 pounds in a year. If not more.
